Creating Your First Invoice

Create an Invoice

Follow these steps to create and send your first invoice in ERPS X.

Navigate to Invoicing

From the main menu, go to Accounting → Invoices → New Invoice.

Add Customer Details

Select an existing customer or create a new one. Fill in the customer name, email, and billing address.

Add Line Items

Click Add Item to add products or services. Set quantity, unit price, and applicable tax rates.

Review and Send

Review the invoice total, add any notes, then click Send Invoice. The customer will receive a professional PDF invoice by email.
