Managing User Roles & Permissions

Role-Based Access Control

ERPS X uses a flexible role-based access control (RBAC) system to manage what each user can see and do.

Default Roles

  • Administrator — Full access to all modules and settings
  • Manager — Access to assigned modules with management capabilities
  • User — Standard access to assigned modules
  • Viewer — Read-only access to assigned modules

Creating Custom Roles

Go to Settings → Roles & Permissions → New Role. Define granular permissions for each module: Create, Read, Update, Delete.

Assigning Roles to Users

Navigate to Settings → Users, select a user, and assign one or more roles. Changes take effect immediately.
