CSV Data Import
ERPS X supports bulk data import from CSV files for products, customers, vendors, chart of accounts, and more.
Prepare Your CSV File
Download the sample CSV template from Settings → Data Import → Download Template. Fill in your data following the column headers.
Upload and Map Fields
Upload your CSV file and map each column to the corresponding ERPS X field. The system will auto-detect matching columns.
Validate and Import
Click Validate to check for errors. Fix any issues highlighted in red, then click Import to bring your data into the system.
Important: Always back up your data before performing a bulk import. Use the preview option to verify data before finalizing.
